Hi! I'm Sophia

I have been performing and teaching hooping professionally for seven years. I have performed at some notable events including; a masquerade ball at the Hilton Hotel in South Kensington, a Private NFL Party at The Outernet London, and an Event for Lyceum Media at The Troxy London.

Over the years I have also performed at weddings all over the world, large scale Christmas and Halloween shows at Crealy Theme Park, many festivals and other private events such as birthday parties.

I have broken multiple Guinness World Records for multi hooping. I currently hold the Guinness World Record for the longest time performing a 7 hula hoop split, which I incorporate into one of my signature acts. I have also won the The World Hooping Championships in the multi hooping category in 2020.

Lumin Hoops

In this high-energy performance, I start off with a single hoop and quickly add additional hoops with my feet, creating a mesmerizing visual display of light and movement. I use 5 mood hoop designers that are programmed to music, adding an extra layer of synchronization and excitement to the performance. With incredible hooping skills and the dazzling LED visuals, I took the audience on a journey of pure entertainment and amazement!

In this mesmerizing performance, I twirl three flaming hoops around my body, creating a dazzling display of light and movement. With graceful control of the fire hoops, I take audiences on a journey of excitement and wonder. From intricate tricks and breathtaking displays of fire, Flames & Flow is a show that will leave audiences spellbound.
